After a few decades of offering massages, men's health treatments and countless men's retreats and workshops, I've decided it's time to bring this chapter to a close.

I have genuinely loved this work. Evey interaction mattered to me - especially the men who arrived feeling vulnerable and chose to trust me and the space we shared. Over the years, those moments of openness grew into real connection, and in many cases, into lasting friendships that I will always value.

This work has always rested on mutual respect: respect for time, presence and the intention behind showing up. In recent years, that balance has quietly shifted. Missed appointments and last minute cancellations became common, and with them came a feeling that the care and commitment this work requires was no longer fully met. I say this with understanding, not judgement - life is busy, priorities change - but it has reached a point where continuing no longer feels aligned.

Rather than hold onto something that deserves more care than it's receiving, I've chosen to step back with gratitude and honesty.

Thank you to everyone who trusted me, shared themselves, and helped shape this space over the years. It's been a privilege to walk alongside so many of you.
